Thomas W. Frank is a seasoned Marketing and Branding executive with extensive experience in shaping some of the world's top brands. Calling on his more than 18 years of experience, he has helped hundreds of clients understand and translate their brand consistently across various marketing communications materials.

Currently Frank is Principal and Executive Creative Director of Gravity Design, a branding and design firm he founded in 2003. Gravity Design specializes in strategic branding and design initiatives that improve a company's unique and competitive position in the marketplace. Gravity Design's consultative approach and discipline has resulted in an award-winning corporate identity and imaging programs, brand experience initiatives, interactive and full-motion video solutions. Frank is also a founding principal and Director of Marketing & Communications of BPT Partners, the premier training and education company focused on advancing the skills and competency of professionals in the CRM industry.

Prior to his current roles at Gravity Design, Inc. and BPT Partners, Frank was an executive and Creative Director with IBM Global Services E-Business, Cambridge Technology Partners and Novell where he built and led successful national user experience design practices. His focus is on exceptional creative, disciplined delivery, personal growth, and delivering the right solutions for clients.

Born in Germany, educated in Japan and the United States, Frank holds a degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Atlanta and studied business at Georgia State University. Including his formal education Frank has received numerous certifications and awards from IBM - Global Services, Novell Consulting and Babson College - School of Executive Education.
