Gartner Greenberg Speech a Hit According to Gartner Evaluations
SAN DIEGO - Paul Greenberg's speech on "The New Generation of CRM" seemed to appeal to audiences at the 2005 Gartner CRM Conference in San Diego, according to Gartner speaker evaluations. Greenberg's theme, "a new kind of customer needs a new kind of business logic and set of models" resonated well, according to the post-conference evaluations. Out of roughly 65 speakers, Greenberg ranked in the top 10 in content and #2 in presentation skills. "I found that really cool," said Greenberg, "Gartner audiences are tough and to be beaten by Ed Thompson, one of the most accomplished speakers I've ever had the pleasure of being in the same room with, is an honor. Though, of course, as a baseball fan, I would rather win the Series, than just make it," Greenberg laughed.
